Replace current mail forwarding arrangement with full-fledged mail server (currently in progress, being implemented for another client, but the work there will transfer over with minimal extra effort)- Notes

- Enrolment Process
- MAJOR PROBLEM: if you miss filling out any single field in the enrolment form, it “helpfully” erases ALL your inputs for you! Frustrating, and very likely to reduce engagement by 80% minimum!
- For the pre-enrolment form: if we detect that an entry is likely to be from a spammer, hold the details in a queue for human intervention before sending out the confirmation email. This will reduce the possibility of huonmail.com being blacklisted for spam. The queue can just list name, phone and email, and have buttons for “Spam” and “Real”.
- List of schools is not in alpha order
- Sections need expand/contract chevrons so users know what to expect
- Investigate process and add error-correction where absent
- Should add a note on the enrolment page: Our emails will be sent to you via educatetutoring.com.au and huonmail.com – always check the “from” address on emails you receive.
- Merge Website Enquiry and Manual Enquiry and rename to Enquiry
- Reroute WordPress website enquiry form to Enquiry in database
- Add Edit option for manual enquiry
